i wanna ask you,,how you cope with your stress??

well,,i've ask my friends about their way to overcome the stress and problems..so,,lets check out the answers>>

Hanani said: i will cryingggg..waaaaaaaaaa! ..*this girl is....hmm.wutever dear*
Yatie said : i will clean n burned all the rubbish..so by that my heart will feel sober,peaceful and cool babe:)

Owkeyyyy..that's their answers,,i will share with you now about my way:)

Firstly and foremostttt,,,guys n ladies,,wut u can do are>>>>

1)be cool n chillax k..haha.
oke,its easy to talk but em' so hard to,right..tp just think this way,,
everyone can hurt you BUT it is effect ur life?? they can say wutever they want becoz their talk is cheap:)..ur life is valuable.

and one more,,the problems cant hurt you,so,wut for to scare about,huh?

2) listen to the music,,
its a good therapy for ur mind,, just listen to the soft melody songs or instrumental song..u will find that ur heart will be calm.

3) sing a song
okey,,this is my fav hobby.haha..time stress sgt2,,i will sang soo louddddd until my fren say STOP IT! ^^,

4) shopping!
ramai org yg suka cara ni coz dorg ckap..dorg akan puas ati bila dapat belanjakan duit..n  their also will gone..*like their money..ihiks!*

5) lastly,,pray to Allah
just to Him you can express your feeling and just Him understand ur feeling well.. He always connect with us even there's no any line:)
